1. About Boost Club

Boost Club is a wellness club operated by Gabriel Neshto, independent Herbalife distributor, located at Strada Sevastopol 24, Sector 1, Bucharest. By using this website or visiting the club, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of consultations

Consultations offered by Boost Club are educational and informational in nature. They do not constitute:

• Medical consultation, diagnosis or medical treatment
• Clinical nutritional consultation in the sense of applicable medical legislation
• Therapy, psychological intervention or regulated health service

If you have medical conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding or undergoing medical treatment, consult a doctor before making decisions based on information received at Boost Club.

3. Bioimpedance body assessment

Bioimpedance devices provide estimates of body composition. Results are indicative and may vary depending on hydration, recent food intake, physical activity and other factors. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis.

4. Bookings and cancellations

The free consultation is offered without obligation. If you cannot attend at your booked time, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance by phone or WhatsApp, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Boost Club reserves the right to decline future bookings in the event of repeated no-shows without notice.

5. Herbalife products

Gabriel Neshto is an independent Herbalife distributor. Any purchase of Herbalife products is separate from the free consultation and is entirely voluntary. The free consultation is not conditional on purchasing products. Product information relates to food supplements, not medicines — they do not treat or cure diseases.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website (texts, images, structure) belongs to Boost Club / Gabriel Neshto and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

Boost Club is not responsible for:

• Decisions made on the basis of consultation information, without consulting a medical professional
• Individual results — these vary depending on effort, consistency and personal factors
• Content on external websites to which we link

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of Romania.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. The date of the last update is displayed at the top of this page.
